Present & Future

Hello everyone, long time since the game was released. I have been busy with multiple personal matters and the pandemic is also been a huge hit for me personally. Now the updates:

Surprise Mechanic will no longer get more updates in the official version of Android. The reason are only technical, sadly I'm having issues updating the API and I don't have the resources to hire someone to fix the issue. So, in exchange I have added an unofficial version for android in form of an APK. It is 100% safe but, you'll have to install it manually. I might in the future solve the API issue but for now if you own the game you get the Android version for free.

I have also added a Linux version. It is experimental however, as I don't have PC with Linux to test it myself but as it is quite a simple game it shouldn't give you any issues. Of course, as with the android version it is added for free.

Now, in the past I got some messages telling the rar was corrupted. This is not the case. Sometimes your unpack software doesn't behave well with packs created with the competition software an gives errors. Please try to use Winrar as it is the software I used to create the compressed rar.

I'm still working on a story mode but things are slow and complicated for multiple reasons. It will be free so don't worry about that. My partner is working con creating the next update of questions but I can't say when that will be ready, hopefully very soon.

To finish I would like to thank all of those that downloaded the game. Knowing that people played the game even if it was for a few minutes makes me really happy. Until next time.
